Through Coupling

Principle:
'TECHMARK' QRC T works on simple 'PUSH & PULL' principle. The adaptor when pushed into coupler is securely held by the self locking arrangement resulting in a positive and leak proof connection. To disconnect. pull back the sleeve of the coupler, and pull the adaptor.

Body:           1> Available in Brass, Carbon Steel, (From Bar Stock & Chromium Plated)
                     2> Available in S. S. 304, S.S. 316, S.S. 316L (From Bar Stock Only)
Spring          : Available in Spring Steel, S. S. 302
Ball                : Available in Steel, SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L 
Seal Material : Available in Nitrile, Viton, neoprene, Silicon, Hypalon etc.

End Connections:
Socket Weld, Hose threaded, Pipe thread, Hose shank and flanged. 
Temperature: 'TECHMARK' QRC can handle fluids from 25° to + 250°C with right selection of body and seal materials.

Duty Condition : Type T are manufactured to suit pressure upto 500 psi

Applications: Wide application on fluids line connections lwhere flow of media is major criteria. Used in Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petroleums, textiles, Machine Tools.
