Thermowells

Thermowells provide complete protection for the sensor (RTD - Thermocouple or Thermometers).

Thermowell is designed considering application requirements.
Thermowell allows removing / replacing of sensor without shutting down the process.

This can be made from materials like SS 304, 316, 304L, 316L, 310, 446, Carbon Steel, Hestalloy.C, Monel.
This is also be made of ceramic material like recrystalied Alumina for high temperature application .
Coating of various grades of Apcolon Fluero plastics like PTFE, TFE, PVDF & PFA can be supplied as per the process requirements.

Types of Thermowells:

Threaded drilled from bar stock.
Drilled Bar Stock with welded flange / Threaded or Flanged Fabricated Thermowells.
Thermowells threaded as per API standard or BS pipe threads, flanged as per ANSI, B.S., JIS, DIN standards are available.
