Electro lube’s potting and encapsulation adhesive resin is generally used to safeguard and shield electrical and electronic components on PCB against extreme environmental and mechanical conditions for instance moisture, vibration, thermal and physical shock and other general chemical contaminations.
The encapsulation resin is a two part system which when mixed together form a solid, fully cured material, with no by-products. It provides far better protection as compared to conventional conformal coatings. Types of Resins include Epoxy Resin Adhesive; ER2177 – Low Density Epoxy Resin – White; and ER2183 – Black.
