Basic

• Consisting of an electric, light weight, portable furnace capable of temp. upto 900°C with a digital temperature controller cum indicator. An SS tank to hold the quenchant with a hanger for the Probe to ensure repeatability in the depth of immersion.
• A 2 channel data logger with software for analysis of the cooling curve.

Automatic

The above system when used when used with our ‘CI’ QUENCH software ,becomes a fully automatic system with cooling curve analysis, and automatic determination of parameters like VP, BP, CP, Tmax, CRmax, Cra. Provision to compare test results and print report. It can also be used for qc requirements like pass/fail analysis as per set criteria(s)
