Moss agate is a semi-precious gemstone formed from silicon dioxide. It is a form of chalcedony which includes minerals of a green colour embedded in the stone.  The outcome of our work of transforming the stone is an opaque glass bowl with variously colored streaks on a dark background, which is particularly difficult to prepare due to the particular combination of minerals that compose it.  The beauty of agate is obvious and is exhibited in variety of colors, multitude of banding and other forms within the banded and varigated agates which has recently been created recently into our range of finely polished freeform bowls. Freeform relates to the artisan use of the free flowing undulations of the raw agate material. Allowing nature to determine the shape and outcome of the finished product. Our tactical range of superb agate bowls will delight and intrigue on sight.
