Unique one shot product in flakes to Granular form.
It contains Binder, Softener, Penetrating agents and Lubricant .
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES:
â�¢ It is used for yarn counts from 10â��s to 40â��s along with starches and Thin Boiling Starches.
â�¢ 100% active product compatible with any kind of Native Starch, Thin Boiling or Modified Starch.
â�¢ It has consistency of viscosity and concentration from the beginning to the end of the sizing process. It assures uniform size pick - up.
â�¢ It can be stored for a long time under room temperature without any quality alteration, if kept in dry and safe condition.
â�¢ It does not obstruct tubing.
â�¢ Controls dropping while at sizing & weaving.
â�¢ Suitable for 100% cotton and its blends of ring spun open end yarns, PV and PC Yarns. It can also used to size Blue indigo by rope or by continuous process.
â�¢ High film strength and even upto 97% weaving efficiency can be achieved on high speed Airjet and projectile looms.
â�¢ No size mark occur while stop the sizing machines.
