The tensile testing machine is extensively used to determine the tensile strength of various products and materials in different production verticals. The test relies on the principle of CRT, i.e. Constant Rate of Traverse. The instrument is highly stable as it designed using heavy mild steel. The high-quality instrument ensures various safety measures like overload and over travel protection. Tensile Testing Machine is available in three different models - Digital Model,Zeus Ultimo and Digital cum Computerized (Eco) Wintest Model with customized specifications.

 

The testing apparatus is incorporated with latest technology based components to apply an assortment of tensile strength. The machine is equipped with two clamps, known as an upper clamp and lower clamp. To perform the test, the upper clamp is set to be unchanging, and the lower clamp moves with the nominated speed, which moves with the help of a motor, duly attached to the machine. Here, the lower clamp is installed mainly to move the jaw with a constant speed to estimate its tensile strength. The amazing and most useful creation ensures effortless, safe and problem-free operations.

    • The instrument is coated with Gray and Blue combination along with bright chrome and zinc plating to provide a corrosion resistant finish.
