Varity test and measure functions:

Tension: A test to evaluate the tensile strength of vulcanized rubber, nylon cords, steel wires and O-ring etc.

Compression: A test to evaluate the compression stress and deflection of rubber and plastic materials.

Adhesion: A test to evaluate the static adhesive strength of rubber to rigid or rubber or flexible materials.

Tear: A test to evaluate the tear strength of rubber or fabric materials.

Auto Thickness Tester: The one with constact depressing load and directly connecting to computer can help to prevent the error reading and incorrect operation caused from the operators.

Powerful database enables the user to retrieve and review the rest result.
Easy edit function offers the user to design suitable report formats.
Auxiliary calibration software and standard weights enable the user to periodically and easily calibrate this instrument.
Other software features contain: (1) selectable X/Y coordinates (2) per-set multiple sample thickness (3) selectable average calculation methods (4) the way of collection and calculation of the database inside the software could be increased or modified according to the client's request.
Provide general used types of grips and sample cutting dies for customer's option.

Taiwan, Wallace Instruments - UK and AlfaMirage - Japan and Barwell - UK for exclusive sales and service of products manufactured by respective Principals for India and Srilanka.
Alfatek Services is accredited by NABL - India to ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the stream of Mechanical and Thermal calibration of rubber testing instruments since April 2006. Alfatek Services is having an Inhouse Calibration lab accredited by NABL for calibration of shore A Durometer, Densimeter etc and is having registered office in Trivandrum, and branch office in Chennai.
