these are made from woven fiberglass cloth that has been coated with polytetrafluoroethylene (ptfe / teflon) - based fluoropolymer resin. This coating, combined with the excellent strength and dimensional stability of the fiberglass, results in a product appropriate for use in a wide variety of demanding applications

teflon coated belts combine the easy release and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene with the strength and dimensional stability of fiberglass, creating a coated fabric suited for a variety of demanding industrial applications. Ptfe coated fibre glass cloth is an amalgamation of the physical and chemical properties of both the constituents. Embekon engineers (india) offers the full range of ptfe coated fibre glass fabrics, which is available as full length fabrics, cut pieces and in roll forms. All products can be customized or converted to fit specific application requirements.
