These general purpose Tank Vessel is made of stainless steel, mild steel, etc. Tank Vessels can either be horizontal or vertical in their orientation. Horizontal Tank Vessel is generally mounted on stands or saddles and has an access port either at the bottom or at the top. Vertical Tank Vessels are erected vertically and have access ports at bottom. These specialized Tank Vessels can either be placed above or underground, depending on the construction of the storage facility. The thickness of wall of Tank Vessels also determine their application or use while single wall storage tanks can be used for general application, double walled Tank Vessels are used for high pressure considerations. We offer various types of Tank Vessel used in Pharmaceutical industry, Cosmetic industry, Food & Beverage industry, bio-fuels industry and Dairy industry. Our Nonmetallic Tank Vessel and containers are made of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polypropylene class VI material. We manufacture Tank Vessel from 5 litres to 5, 000 litres which can be used for various applications, with the following accessories/attachments :

• Jacket for heating/chilling/maintaining the temperature of the product within the vessel
• Electrical trace heating of the vessel for maintaining product’s temperature cladding in either stainless steel (Welded or riveted) or riveted mild steel to maintain internal temperatures.
• Attaching a mixer/high shear blending unit to the vessel
• Ensuring that the vessel is suitable for CIP, including spray balls etc.
