Tamping Paste or Lining Paste is used in the Ferro Alloys & Allied Industries for the lining of the furnace, it is either Calcined Petroleum Coke (CPC) based or ECA Coal based and soft pitch as the binder.The manufacturing process of Tamping Paste or Lining Paste is similar to the manufacturing process of Electrode Carbon Paste with differences in fraction sizes of CPC ECA Coal and the content of Binder Pitch is lower then Electrode Carbon Paste.
