Tamarindus Indica is used as in Indian Ayurvedic Medicine for gastric and/or digestion problems, and in cardioprotective activity. It can be also used as Anthelminthic (expels worms), antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, astringent, bacterial skin infections (erysipelas).
