The Tamarind Paste is a tamarind puree with salt obtained with a lower Brix of 30-55 degrees Brix. The Tamarind Paste that we export and supply is prepared by separating the impurities, shell, fiber and seeds ripen in Tamarind. The Tamarind Paste is further cooked and is pulverized together with salt and packed. The Tamarind Paste is packaged in HDPE barrels and it can be stored for six months to one year at ambient temperature.
