Talc Masterbatches

Talc masterbatch is made of ultrafine talcum powder as the main raw material, mixed with polymer resin carrier and related modifier, and fully mixed by the high performance double screw machine to be extrusion and granulation. Good dispensability in the matrix resin, low affect to the resin transparence, uniform plasticizing, good processing performance. It is mainly used for PP, PE plastic sheet and plastic injection and HDPE blow transparent film. It can significantly improve products surface gloss, weather ability, adhesion and reduce the production cost.

With good salt fog resistance, weather ability and good affinity with all kinds of resin, Talc masterbatch can largely improve all kinds of mechanical properties of plastic products. It has Low oil absorption, high purity, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and good flow properties.

Effectively increase the crystallinity of thermoplastic polymer, so as to improve the strength, geometric stability of the products and reduce the molding shrinkage deformation.

With good processing performance, high heat conductivity and technological property, it can effectively help to shorten the cycle of plastic injection molding.
