Synthetic Rubber Adhesive

We are offering synthetic rubber adhesive
polygrip plus 909 is a brownish yellow, fast curing synthetic rubber base adhesive.
This adhesive is versatile and suitable for most of the substrates including rubber, leather, wood, rexin, canvas, and foams. This adhesive is also suitable for adhering similar and dissimilar substrates to achieve strong bonds. Long open time and high coverage can be achieved if used at appropriate environmental and processing conditions.

surface preparation
bonding surface must be completely clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, and foreign particles.
Application method
a. Apply adhesive on both the substrates with the help of brush or appropriate machine.
B. Apply second coat (if required) after 5-10 minutes of first coat.
C. Allow to evaporate the solvent for 5-10 minutes before bonding. Optimum bond strength can be
achieved if open time is not more than 30 minutes. Open time is subjective and depends on
environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and foreign particles in air.
D. Immediately after bonding the substrates, apply adequate pressure on the component to achieve
strong adhesion.
E. In order to achieve optimum strength, allow components to store for at least 24 hours at ambient
conditions.
Precautions
a. Polygrip plus 909 contain highly volatile and flammable solvents, therefore, appropriate care
must be taken for ventilation during application.
B. Product must not be exposed to naked flame and very hot objects.
