Synthetic leather, also known as faux leather, artificial leather, rexine, vinyl or leatherette, is a man made fabric made using PVC or polyurethane (PU) that is treated and dyed to resemble real leather. Artificial Leather is intended to substitute the natural leather in fields where a leather-like finish is required but the actual material is cost-prohibitive, unsuitable, or unusable for ethical reasons. Synthetic leather is a cheaper, a more versatile and an ethically friendly alternative to real leather, which is made from tanned animal hides.
We are leading manufacturers of PVC/PU Artificial Leather using latest technology called Transfer Coating Process. Our capacity is around 6 Million Meter Length Per year. We can produce PVC Coated Leather fabric as per customer requirement of shade, embossing pattern and print having fabric thickness of 0.6mm to 3mm.

The Plant uses the state of the art technology to produce high-grade Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre (RPSF) and Polypropylene Staple Fiber (PPSF) from 1.5D-70D with installed capacity of 18000 MT per year. The company is also engaged in manufacturing of PP Spun bond Non woven fabric and PU/PVC-Coated coated fabrics also in various GSM and shades. We are also producing technical non wovens such as hydrophilic and flame retardant.
