Synchronizing Panel

In the event of power failure or imbalance of Voltage from the EB Incomer, DG I will get start automatically and get connected to the load with reference of EB breaker/EB supply, basing on the load DG II will start and get Synchronize with DG I and the load will be shared between both the DG Sets. When the EB supply is resumed the system will check for quality and stability of Voltage and the system will get revise Synchronize with EB Supply and the load will be smoothly transfer to EB supply without any interruption, the DG breakers will get switched off on pre set time and the DGs will get switched off after pre set cooling time.

Considering the percentage of power cut / load cutting. The either of DGs will start automatically basing on the loads and get Synchronized with EB Supply (Grid) and the load will be smoothly transfer to DG I accordingly, and the DG II will start automatically based on the pre set load.
When the EB supply is resumed the system will check for quality and stability of Voltage and the system will get revise Synchronization with EB Supply and the load will be smoothly transfer to EB supply without any interruption, the DG breakers will get switched off on pre set time and the DGs will be put off at the pre set cooling time.
The option of setting the supply from any of the source i.e. either EB supply or DG I or DG II or all the three sources, all the operations can be done in auto mode, and also in manual mode (in the case of emergency).
In case of any maintains in DG I, the system will automatically switch On the DG II and vice versa.
During the load sharing the system will automatically balance the load, and Synchronizer will display Active & revise load and other parameters on the display screen.
