The tanks are manufactured in different types of steel: galvanized steel, galvanized steel with an epoxy paint coating and lacquered steel sheets.
The steel come from the main european suppliers with quality certificates. Symaga manufactures with steel quality s 350 gd according normative en 103462010, en201432006 tolerance. The galvanization of our products has a coating of z450 gm2, above the standards of manufacture, certificate en102042.2.
Walls composed for plates 1476:
-corrugated galvanized steel 450 gm2.
-availability of different thicknesses.
-punched around the perimeter to attach perfectly without the need for subsequent machining.
Bolts and mastic: the quality of the bolts is 8.8 according din normative. The sealing filler guarantees an expansion margin.
Canvas: a charge of pvc above the standards (700 gr m2). The canvas is manufactured with polyester of 1100 dtex.
Epoxi paint: high resistance paint that increase the durability.
