Contact SupplierOver the years storage/warehousing customers were looking for a large bin which could give them easy frontal access to the contents stored in the bin and also save their valuable space.
After interacting with our esteemed customers learnt that since no such bin was available they were forced to use a crate as a picking bin thereby sacrificing on vertical storage space as the crate being a box having solid walls on all four sides, permits access only from top. Due to this nearly 50% more open space is needed between the shelves to store and retrieve the goods.
At places to create frontal access and save vertical space between the shelves, the customers were using FPO crates “front partially open crates” by cutting a square on the one side of the crate which is a non standard conversion. It is not an effective storage solution.
