1. The current Procurement Process is assessed. Right from the generation of Purchase requirement to Payment processing & PO/WO closure are assessed.

2. The current Material management process on Material planning, receiving, Storage, Issuance, tracking & stock accuracy are assessed.

• Identification of Gaps- Process gaps for both Procurement & Material management are identified which are prone to result into inefficiency/ affecting the organizations’ EBITA.
