The Super Magnifying Eccentricity Tester is specially designed for testing eccentricity of welding electrodes. It gives Microscopic magnifying image of eccentricity of the electrode coating from a side of the electrode by 30 X or 40 X. Break the electrodes on the fixer and put it on the guiding Gauge and Rotate the electrode for checking the eccentricity.  The apparatus is very Compact, easy to operate and highly precision.

STAGE :Working Stage  115 X115 mm with graduated Detachable Mechanical Stage for convenient adjustment of slide manipulation up to 40 X 75 mm.

FOCUSSING :Separate knobs are provided for coarse and fine focusing. Coarse adjustment can be made through rack-pinion & fine movement by screw-lever mechanism.

ILLUMINATION : 20w Halogen Bulb is provided with solid state variable light control knob, for adjusting the intensity of light, alongwith ON /OFF Switch. The Transformer is built in the base operates on 220 V/ 110V.

SCREEN :150mm diameter round Glass  Projection  Screen is provided for relaxed fatigue-free viewing over long period, can be rotated through 360* on microscope tube.
