One way to eliminate the waste and increase production on a tube or pipe mill is to add a strip accumulator to the entry end of your line. With our advanced horizontal accumulator designs, your line can run continuously, eliminating costly downtime caused by entry end coil changeover.

• Operation is fully automatic.
• Flow-thru design eliminates reverse bending of strip.
• Once the unit is filled, the entry section reduces its speed and runs at same speed of process line, assuring accumulator is full when end of coil is reached.
•  As tail end comes off the uncoiler, the entry section stops and the line continues to run, removing strip from accumulator system.
