ASHOK INDIA winding wires are manufactured with required diameters of copper conductor as per the wire sizes and uniformly wrapped with electrical grade polyester and BOPP films, and fused at 140 degree centigrade, then tested as per IS - 8783, part - IV section 3. We have well equipped testing lab for the testing of the wires for better quality inspection purpose. To keep our pumps and motors in top gear, we have installed latest modern In-house Facility to manufacture and test, ASHOK INDIA Power - Polyester Wrapped Submersible Winding Wires.
To feed our submersibles by our winding wire manufacturing facility, we have installed a set of semi-automatic Wire Drawing Plant with one Annealing furnace. We are using 99.999 % pure certified copper from INDIA 's most well known, reputed industries, like, Ms. Sterllite and Ms. Hindustan Copper for our winding wires.
