The introduced submerged vertical process pump is invariably best bet for handling corrosive, non corrosive liquids without any failure, thanks to the PP (polypropylene) material of construction sharing excellent resistance against corrosive chemicals, makes it also illustrious as the polypropylene pump or a PP pump in the variegated industries. Besides that, the closed type and semi open type impeller configuration augment hydraulic efficiency and reduces the thrust on rotating assembly, resulted in smooth and easy operations throughout its lifetime.

The impeller casing of this pump is completely submerged in liquid and hence eliminates requirements of the priming or air venting during the operation. Other than, the vertical design of this pump requires minimum space for the installation and makes it the best bet, even in the industries to which space is an issue. This submerged vertical process pump is available in two different designs make it suitable for inside tank installation as well as outside tank installation. The gland less and vapor sealing configuration of this type of PP pump prevent the leakage of corrosive liquids and gases and hence promote in controlling the environmental pollution too.
