Structured Packing For Distillation

Fenix® Structured Packings provide high separation efficiency (low HETP). Made in 45 and 60 degree crimp angles and surface areas of 60-1000 m2/m3, Salient characteristics of these packings are low pressure drop, excellent wetting characteristics due to special surface treatment, high vapour load, low reflux ratios, low pressure drop per unit bed height and very high contact area between the vapor and the liquid. We manufacture them in sizes up to 8.0 m diameter. Fenix Grid Packing is recommended for any application which has problems of fouling, erosion, high solid content etc. Specially designed packings for Reactive Distillation, Extraction and Laboratory R & D are also manufactured.
Besides packings, other internal accessories like feed plates, dispenser plates, liquid distributors and redistributors, support plates, bed limiters, collector plates etc. are required for a mass-transfer columns/towers. We design and manufacture all tower internals in a variety of metals.
