Contact SupplierWe hold expertise in manufacturing and supplying Liquid STPP Ceramic Chemical. The STPP Ceramic Chemical, we offer, is a high-performance synthetic polymer. It comes in liquid form and is an environmentally compatible chemical. The multipurpose, high performance STPP Ceramic Chemical is an excellent mud conditioner meant for rheology control, especially in water based muds.
Applications : Liquid STPP Ceramic Chemical is a new generation mud conditioner developed from the liquid polymeric deflocculated for fresh and salt water muds, especially at elevated temperatures of 450 'F and above. Primary application is in fresh and brackish water muds of low to intermediate density. Special feature of SR Thin is its excellent tolerance of salt, clay, calcium and other contaminants. In environmentally sensitive areas, SR Thin simplifies waste water treatment and reduces compliance costs because it is essentially none polluting in the low concentration. The product does not contain chromium or other metal salts. Further, it is free sulphite origin by-products common in conventional mud thinners and deflocculates.SR thin fluid retain a light color and have water clear filtrate. This simplifies mud filtrate analysis. Reserve pits stay clear and clean. Liquid STPP Ceramic Chemical is effective in concentration of 0.2 to 2.5 ppb depending upon the degree of DE flocculation, high-temperature stability and fluid loss control required. In general heavyweight muds will require a higher concentration than unweight muds.SR Thin is 7 times as effective as chrome lingo sulphonate, that is, one pound of Drill-Thin Thinner replaces up to 7pounds of lingo sulphonates.
Features:
Dissolve readily with low shear
Effective reduce viscosity and fluid loss
Effective at low concentrations
Resistant to contaminants
Low environmental toxicity
Thermally stable at 450 ‘F and above.
