 To test the paper, the specimen is mounted on the tester using the clamping system. Located at the pendulum, the lower faces of the clamp jaws are at the centre. The jaws adjust themselves according to the different thickness of the test paper. To get the accurate test results, the test and angle of deflection are kept constant. To get the value of the test, the load is applied on the lower end of the specimen. It is the perfect way to determine the quality of the paper.
