Description : A Graphite based hard facing electrode with pleasing operating characteristics on AC& DC. Weld metal has excellent resistance to severe abrasion with moderate impact. Recommendations: To get optimum results re-dry electrodes at 350ºC for one hour. Use short arc and lower currants of the recommended range.Weld Metal Hardness : 500-600 BHNApplications : Excavator Teeth, Oil Expeller Worams, Cement Dies Rings, Plough Shares, Muller Tyres, Cames, Cranes Wheels, Crushing Hammers, Shear Blades etc.
