Bone Wax, Color : Opaque

GPCBW - BONE WAX is a sterile mixture of semi synthetic beeswax and isopropyl palmitate (a wax- softening agent).

Intended Use
It is used to control local bleeding from bone surfaces by creating a mechanical (tamponade) barrier. Bone wax is supplied sterile in 2.5 gram foil envelopes with sealed overwraps. Packets should be opened just prior to use to minimize the possibility of contamination and excessive drying and should be used immediately. Bone wax should not be resterilized or subjected to excessive heat.
