Steel Forks Agricultural Tools

This tool is used for the loosening and lifting of soil for farming and gardening purposes. Though spade can be used as an alternative for it, forks are more feasible and effective in many situations. With a suitable fork head, the tool can be pushed into ground much easier as it is seldom stopped by the stones in its way. Fork heads were earlier made of wood but nowadays stainless steel or carbon steel is used.

Steel fork finds applications mainly in gardening like that of moving compost, manure, piled hay etc. These forks have handles shaped “T” or “D”. The steel fork heads are usually thicker, closely spaced, shorter and flatter.
