Testing facilities available include Ultrasonic Testing Machine, Radiography Equipment, Magnetic particle Testing Machine, Ultrasonic Surface finish tester, Die-Penetrant Testing Facility, Digital Hardness Tester, RAM Testing Facility (1:4), Digital Height Gauge, either in-house.
Being an ISO 9001 : 2008, OHSAS accredited company, stringent quality and safety systems are an integral part of LOHAAR manufacturing processes. Both, in-precess and final inspections are carried out by team of trained quality engineers. Makes LOHAAR the right fabricator for any bridge.

LOHAAR owe our success to our strong infrastructural base because all manufacturing activities are carried under one roof, right from cutting, shearing, bending, forming and finishing to actual shipment and these all work will be done in the supervision of various technical or non technical person and professional and they all are fully skilled in handlng of various type of automatic or manual equipment's/ machienery such as :
Automatic plate straightening, bending (Hydraulic Press 500MT, Planer) line.

• Automatic drilling machine (CNC, Radial, magnetic, simple) line.

In our manufacturing facility all applicable codes and standards are follow as :

• The welding process is as per American Welding Society Standards (AWS). All welders are qualified to required standards.
• Well defined process on the shop floor ensure smooth flow of material and productivity
• All structural components to complete Pre-Engineered building are produced in house and go through stringent quality checks prior to dispatch.
