Steamer

Steamer is used to cook or prepare various foods with steam heat. It has two compartments. Water in the lower part is boiled and steam escapes to the top portion through the bottom holes in the upper part. The Food or vegetable in the upper part is cooked by steam escaping from the lower part. It is used in Steam cooking vegetables , eggs, Puttus, Dokla, Idiyappams and other foods.
