Steamed Horn

We at neha export are also the manufacturer and supplier of steamed horns and hooves are collected from all over the country by our raw material supplies. Horns and hooves are manually sorted and are stored in allocated sheds. While sorting all foreign materials i.e. (bones, iron, glass, plastic etc) are 100% removed. To produce only hoof meal raw hooves are put in the boiler for steaming. To produce horn and hoof meal raw horn and hoof are put in the boiler of equal weight. Steaming time and degree material is steamed at 140 degree centigrade for over 3 hours. Material is removed from the boiler and are laid on the yard for sun drying. When the mater is fully sun dried are placed in the shed for crushing. Sun dried material is crushed of the desired size, 0.3mm, 0.9mm, 0.8mm, 3-9mm, 12 inch and down.
