Steam cleaner machine offered by us is precision designed to match requirements of jewellery, Diamond & Immitation Jewellery manufacturers . Steam tank is made of S.S. to handle high pressure inside. Further it is also highly insulated to prevent Heat loss . In steam Jet arrangements for steam output is controlled through pressure Switch & safety Valve.

 

Features :

  • A  Special low water cut off system that helps to protect water heater.
  • Fitted with IBI approved safety valves ( Safety of operators is guaranteed.)
  • Outer body made of 304 S.S.
  • Water level indicator & water filling funneles are inbuilt features
  • Semi automatic & Automatic M/cs are provided with foot switch for operating system.
  • Automatic steam cleaners have facility of pumping of water into machine Automatically even when machine is under operations.

We started with Transformer Based Ultrasonic Circuits which were dominant those days. Keeping in Eventually by 2000. we were successful in commercializing Transformer. These provide more power and cleaning efficiency and are also easy to maintain & Time savings.
In 2011, the full equipped fabrication unit was started. There was no need to depend on other vendors for tanks and outer body of machines. This helped us in decreasing our delivery period.
We have the best after sales service and one year guarantee on our Ultrasonic Machines & Parts.
Your machines undergo following production stages:
Tank, tank covers, Generator Box are fabricated.
Simultaneous with fabrication, Modular tested before being wired in Generator.
Once Generator Box is ready it is under taken for wiring.
Transducers are bonded to tanks.
Once transducer bonding is done, machine is under taken for testing.
After rigorous testing of two days Ultrasonic Cleaner is ready to pack and dispatch.
