We offer Steam Boiler that is mostly applied in areas where uninterrupted boiler operation is required. Steam Boiler features a Bi-drum that is used for generating saturated steam and superheated steam. The Superheated steam is widely used for cogeneration or incidental power generation power in industries like Distilleries, Paper, Sugar, Solvent Extraction, Tea, Textiles, Rice, etc. Steam Boiler is fitted with various types of grates as per the availability and capacity of the boiler like Fluidized bed, Pulsating grate, Controlled air combustion, fixed grate, Traveling grate, Dumping grate, chain grate, etc. Dumping or pulsating grate is suitable for burning fibrous & moist fuels that are obtained from industrial wastes and agricultural residues whereas traveling grate is suited for burning low ash fuels in a Steam Boiler.

These Boilers are multifuel type boilers.
Automatic fuel handling with conveyors is possible.
Automatic as removal system can be easily incorporated.
Multiple doors are available for manual fuel feeding & ash handling.
Easy for installation& commissioning.
Air pre heater, water pre heater available to enhance output and efficiency
Accessories like Economisers can be provided to increase efficiency.
The furnace is also external to the boiler to enable combustion of high moisture agro-fuels like bagasse.
