Stainless Steel Welded Tubes

Stainless steel slitted strip is fed from un-coiler and tubes are formed automatically on different stands with rolls followed by TIG welding process without the addition of filler metal. In addition, the welding bead line is polished continuously with the help of automatic bead polishing machine. The tubes also pass through series of size rolls to ensure ovality, tolerance, and then they are cut to required length. Rolled tubes are subjected to annealing, straightening and pickling operations. Finished tubespipes undergo various testing as per the specificationcustomer's requirements followed by marking and packing.
