The zero discharge means to remove the harmful chemical compounds that could harm the environment. All the waste from the factory is treated in specially designed tailor-made Effluent Treatment plant.
We have designed special furnace 70’ long with the ceramic roller and 11 burners with automatic temperature control which gives uniform annealing to sheets This increasing quality of surface finishing of the sheets. The furnace runs on gas, Which is environment friendly.
We have specially developed pickling area were extra large tubs and cleaning machines are flitted so as proper pickling & cleaning of sheets are done and acid removed.
All our mills are regularly overhauled bearings & rolls checked. These increase the quality of sheets.
The rolls of mills are grinded every 8 hours on precision cylindrical grinding machine with cambering. This help to maintain thickness Variation of sheets.
