Stainless Steel Expansion Bellows are designed to accommodate movement caused by template, pressure, and installation in pressurized piping systems and to absorb & isolate vibration and to eliminate/ reduce transmission of noise in other machinery. Stainless Steel Expansion Bellows manufacturing programmer covers a broad range of sizes, material, designs and shops as well as the configuration that will be most suitable for a given application, ensuring the safety and reliability of installation. We manufacture Stainless Steel Expansion Bellows starting from size of 80 mm to 1500 mm and according to the customers̢۪ drawings. Expansion Joints are designed to perform under most demanding services conditions like :

• Fluctuating temperature from Sub-zero to 800 Deg. C. or more.
• Pressure - From high vacuum to 200 bar (depending upon the diameter)
• To isolate and absorb machine vibration.
• To accommodate installation irregularities.
• To carry numerous media and fluids like corrosive materials, acids and alkali, molten sodium, heated water, steam, emission gases etc.

• It is good to practice to leave one flange loose until the expansion joint has been fitted into position. Make necessary adjustment of loose flange before welding.
• Install joint with arrow pointing in the direction of flow.
• Refer to EJMA standards for proper guide spacing and anchor recommendations.
• Do not remove shipping bars until installation is complete.
• Do not use chains or any lifting lugs without approval of manufacturer.
• Do not force-rotate one end of expansion joint alignments of boltholes .Ordinary bellows are not capable of absorbing torque.
