Harsh steel produces close-tolerance, precision machined auto parts, aerospace and medical components upto 300mm diameter. The process include Swiss screw machining, turning, milling, center-less grinding, assembly and supply-chain logistics. Harsh steel Specialities include fasteners, pins, valve bodies, bushings, pistons, sleeves, housings, medical implants, medical plates, auto parts and other custom CNC and VMC precision machined components.
Harsh steel Produces the Precision components in the following grades such as Stainless steel 202, 304/304L, 316/316L, 304H, 316H, 309/S, 310/S, 317/L, 321/H, 347/H, 904L, 330, 254SMO, 410, Duplex 2205 and 2507. Nickel Alloy such as alloy 200/201, C276, C22, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy 800H, Alloy 800HT, 254SMO, AL6XN and Titanium Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 5 and all other grades in Copper alloys .
