Now strain this into a bottle. There, you have your shampoo ready. This keeps the scalp healthy and makes the hair thicker and stronger.

• Reetha as a hair pack - Lastly, reetha is amazing as a hair pack. It is quite easy to make as well. Just take around three teaspoons of reetha powder and add water to make a paste. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the mix along with two teaspoons of yoghurt. Mix it and apply on the scalp and on the entire length of the hair. Wash it off after 15-20 minutes. The best part about this hair pack is that you can use it frequently, perhaps 3-4 times a week and it will never overwhelm your hair. It will only make it healthier.
