Polishing stainless steel pipes creates a uniform and consistent surface finish vital for architectural applications for structural and aesthetic reasons.

Crizal tube’s ERW pipe and tube manufacturing unit based in Gujarat consist of, 6 tube mills, 2 round polish machine, 1 square polish machine, 4 fix motors for polishing. 
We can manufacture pipes upto 15 MRS long and beyond. 

• Manufacturing process begins with sourcing the best quality raw material in our case it is from Jindal Stainless Ltd. Coils only.
• Coils are sent for slitting process
• Slitted coils are fixed to de-coiler and feeded to tube mill machines
• Ready pipes from mills are forwarded for visual inspection and welding test
• Pipes passing the tests are forwarded to the polish plant
• Polished pipes are marked
• Packed and shipped

Crizal Tube manufactures ERW polish pipes and tubes in following grades, Jindal JT, Jindal J4, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310. 
More grades can be manufactured as per client’s demand. 

ASTM A312, ASTM A213, ASTM A269, ASTM A511 

Crizal Tube manufactures ERW pipes within a range of 0.90 mm to 3 mm. 

Round pipe – ½” 12.7 mm od to 4” 114 mm od. 
Hollow section – 12 mm x 12 mm to 100 mm x 100 mm 

Crizal Tube provides ERW polish pipe in the following grits of polish. 
G200, G400, G600, G800, G1000, G1200, G1500. 
Matt and mirror double polish. 

At Crizal Tube we take utmost care in the process of packing of polish pipes. 
Each and every pipe and tubes packed in thick plastic sleeve which is just perfect to withstand any movement defects, it is scratch resistant, good for long time preservation.
