Spur Gear Shaper Cutters offered comprise precision designed range of shaper cutters for spur gears that come profile ground using generation method to class ’A’ accuracy. These are developed using M35 (6/5/2 with 5% cobalt) & ASP2030 which is further treated through hardening & tempering up to 65/66HRC. Further, these can also be offered in accuracy class of AA, B and C in high speed steel grades of M2, M4, M42 with tin coating finish.   Protuberance Semi topping Accuracy : Class AA, B and
