Italimpianti produces a wide range of gas atomizers specially designed for the production of metal powders, available in small size to be used in the laboratory until you get to large installations for a real industrial production.
The special geometry of the nozzle allows a constant production of metal powder with a spherical form of high quality, with controllable size from 10 to 100 microns.
All our melting furnaces are equipped with special induction coils, powered by generators completely designed and manufactured inside our company, with capacities from 5 to 20 kW.
The fusion process can take place in air or in a controlled atmosphere, as well as under vacuum or at normal atmospheric pressure, thus allowing a wide range of atomizzabili metals, including those low melting or easily oxidizable.
The chemical composition and the homogeneity of the alloys are perfectly guaranteed through the use of low-medium-frequency generators, while the use of inert gas inside the upper chamber limits the oxygen content.
These systems are designed to ensure a quick replacement of the crucible, to avoid "cross-contamination", they are easy to clean and easy to use.
