Using superior standard spray drying method, juicespulp of various fruits can be converted into free flowing powders. The juice from the fruit is fed into the spray dryer, where the dehumidified air prevents the formation of lumping. With the support of a nozzle system the flavors, colour and taste of the fruits are retained.
