Spray Coating Machine

Manufactured and supplied from Thane, Maharashtra, Spray Coating Machine replaces the manual coating of tablets and granules and comprises pressure vessel with SS jacket and controlled heaters, safety valves, pneumatic cylinder that gives intermittent spray. Here the design used is cGMP and parts used are AISI 316 and 304. It comes with automatic coating system that consists of a solution holding tank, peristaltic pump, spraying gun and pneumatic control panels. The compressed air used is of 34 kg/cm2. It is available with two spray guns and pneumatic stirrer. It has a wide range of applications in food, agro, chemicals, and cosmetic industries.

• The system is available with one or more than spraying nozzle as per coating pan size.

• Solution holding tanks can be different capacity and with and without stirrer.

Vessel is filled with coating solution and pressurized by oil/ moisture free compressed air at pressure of 3 to 4 Kgs/cm 2 to get unifirm atomized conical spray. The coating is done by spray guns which are mounted on a heavy S.S stand can can be adjusted. Duration of air and liquid spray is controlled by a Digital Timer and Pneumatic cylinder through a solenoid valve.
