Unitek offers : Auger interfaced with plc bagging machine. The machine is most suited to pack powder products at high speed with precise quantity. The machine is equipped with in feed screw conveyor to feed material in the hopper for ease of operation at high speed.The machine operates through PLC with MMI and interlocked with Auger Filler. The machine automatically goes in the halting mode if the material is not dispensed from the Auger or if any of the heater fails thereby eliminating wastage of the pouch and man-hours. The machine is equipped with batch cutting mechanism, nitrogen flushing, batch coding etc....
