We do wet process for higher result, in process Bentonite takes around 300 ltr water for processing. We use high quality of Chemicals for processing. Processing takes time almost 25 to 30 days.

SPECIAL BOND cover large surface area & strong bonding properties. Special Bond has excellent thermal stability with high water absorption. Special Bond has low specific burnout ratio in moulding sand due to more thermal durability than normal Bentonite. Special Bond is highly recommended in High pressure molding and deep draw casting.
