Soybean Oil Extraction Machine is used to extract oil from various types of edible oil seeds as well as non-edible oil seeds & nuts.

Bodies and Base	Fabricated from Mild steel
Gearbox	Double Reduction Gearbox with Helical Gears of Cast Steel and Pinions of Alloy Steel.
Chamber	Steel Casting of Four Sections. Horizontally fitted Size: Ø 7.5” X Ø 6.5” X 45” Long.
Worm Assembly	Hard Faced along with Discharge Ring and Compression Ring
Main Worm Shaft	Can be withdrawn out without Disturbing the Gear Box.
Kettle	3 or 4 stages with Steam Jackets of Ø 48” for efficient cooking of Seed. Pipe Fitting Contains Safety Valve, Steam Spray Pipe, Pressure Gauge, Steam Valves & Steam Traps.
Cake Thickness	Can be Adjusted on Running Machine.
Crammer Shaft	For extra Cramming of the Seed or Cake in the Feed Body.
Oil & Oil Cake	Superior Quality
Maintenance	Minimum
