Soya Flour

When the Soya bean is very finely grounded - a very smooth powdery form of soya bean is found and known as Soya Flour. The fineness of Soya flour would be about 400 mesh or more.
Is Soya Flour better or Soya Grit better?
You would be surprised to know that Soya is one rare type of grain which does not lose its nutritional value with regards to its size. Whether you use Soya flour or Soya grit, the nutritional value of either remains the same.
