We at jaideep power solution pvt ltd, manufacture an acoustic enclosure with our innovative techniques and keeping in view the following:
a. adequate ventilation for genset cooling air requirement.
B. absorbent insulating rockwool of 96 density material is used which is fire radiant.
C. suitable thermal lagging to avoid localized heating of adjoining part of exhaust.
D. easy access to service points on gensets.
E. temp. Of enclosure does not exceed beyond 7 deg. Of ambient temp.
f. 75dba at 1 mtr. Distance as per cpcb norms.
G. 7 tanks anti rust treatments process is being used on panel.
H. high class powder quoting is being done on all the panels for better finish and long life of panels.
Canopy specification:
1) construction details specifications outer body – 1.6mm thk, (16g) com, doors – 1.6mm thk, (16g) crca sheet.
2) wall thichness – 100 mm thk.
3) base frame in 75 x 35 x 5 mm ‘in ‘c’ channel.
4) the acoustic is composite in construction & is a fully assembled integralunit.
5) rockwool 96 density will be used.
6) perforated sheet 22 guage.
7) the genset is easily maintanable.
8) the acoustic enclosure parts will be coated after pre. Treatment process the powder coatingshed will be ‘onan green’.
